Free to Participate for Breweries & Wineries

Showcase your brand and beer/wine to local business professionals and residents at this year's Showcase & Tasting expo to be held on Wednesday, April 26th from 4-8pm in the beautiful Grand Occasions Banquet Hall in Laurel, Md.

Provided for Vendors:

• We will purchase your beer/wine to be handed out at the event
• Beer/Wine station with table and linen
• Large bin (if needed) and ice
• You may sell promotional items like shirts, hats, glassware, etc.
• Marketing of your business on the event website
• Social media promotion when you register to participate
• Business listed with the other vendors in press releases
• Free parking at the venue, easy unloading & set up
• May bring up to two staff members

Vendor requirements:

• Set up: 2pm-3:45pm
• Stations must stay up until 8pm
• Provide samples and hand them out to event attendees
• Provide 3 or 4 oz. sample cups
• Provide gift card(s) to be raffled off at event
• Complete Vendor Registration Form
